During the study of this field, students will learn everything necessary for operating a store, ensuring and purchasing goods, accepting deliveries, storage and care, and professionally presenting and selling products from various assortment groups to customers. Graduates are able to communicate effectively with customers and business partners in one foreign language, are proficient in using cash registers, can accept both cash and non-cash payments, maintain written documents and records, and handle complaints in accordance with current legislation. They also possess basic promotional and window dressing skills related to displaying and selling goods. Additionally, they are familiar with applicable laws, regulations, and directives concerning commercial matters.

After passing the final examinations, graduates can apply for admission to follow-up study programmes for fields of education with a vocational certificate.
